Landscape Vase - Chanctonbury

Hand carved and ornately decorated with coloured slips and oxides then layered with glazes. This  ornamental moon jar style vase was inspired by Chantonbury Ring, a prehistoric hill fort in West Sussex. The chalky paths up to the top of the hill and distinctive tree line are depicted in the vase.
