SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery service

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail, or DHL for larger parcels. We use the tracked service or better as this adequately covers the contents in the event of a lost parcel.

Delivery outside of the UK not currently offered.

Dispatch time

Orders will be shipped within 3 working days, unless otherwise stated on the website (for example if closed for holiday).

Packaging

Some packing materials in your order may have been repurposed to reduce the amount of waste going to recycling / landfill, and to keep prices as competitive as possible. Each item will be individually wrapped in new tissue paper.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be happy with your Dulse Ceramics purchase. However, if one of the following unfortunate events occur, please do get in contact:

Items damaged in the post

Your order will be wrapped carefully so that it arrives safely. However, if an item arrives in a less than perfect condition, please send pictures of the damage to dulse.ceramics@gmail.com with a note of your order number so that a refund can be issued. A replacement item may be possible, depending on stock, but please bear in mind that each item is hand made so some variation is bound to occur.

Item is not suitable

If upon receipt, you decide that the item is not suitable please email dulse.ceramics@gmail.com with details of the order number and reason for the returns request so that we can agree a return & refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges are issued once the item(s) has been returned in it’s original, undamaged condition. You will be liable for the cost of returning the item(s). It is recommended that the item is returned on a tracked service to ensure the cost of the item can be recovered if it goes missing in the post.

Items on Sale

Some items sold as Seconds or Clearance are sold as seen. We will do our best to provide adequate pictures and description so that you know what you're getting. Unfortunately the heavily reduced price of the item means that its financially unviable for me to issue a refund. Thank you for understanding.
